About Us

Gina and Nicola Linzi was born in Montenero di Bisaccia, a small town in Molise Region in
Italy. They were born into a large family, 2 out of 7 siblings. Their best childhood memories were their
homemade dinners. Imagine those dinners made with Mama in the kitchen, cooking dinner from scratch, from
homemade plates of pasta and sauces. At a young age, both Gina and Nicola started working in Termoli and Milano in restaurants
before moving to America.
Gina and Nicola have lived and spent time in places like Detroit to New York and now Las Vegas that they call their home. Through those experiences, they have continued their passion in the restaurant business for over 25 years.
They had the opportunity to open up Gina’s Bistro in 2008 and in 2009, they were awarded the Best Italian Restaurant. Their goal was to bring homemade Italian dishes from the North Central and South for everyone to enjoy. With this passion and success behind them, they decided to take the opportunity to open Spaghetto.
